More about the Frühlingsmärchen
To all you committed, visionary people out there:
Just imagine if, on a single day, millions of people, organisations and initiatives took to the streets all over the world to speak out FOR change - both in the inside and the outside world, towards a more harmonious and joyful life that reconciles humankind with nature.
This has never happened before – such an event would be unprecedented in the world.
The time has come for this endeavour!
A laola wave will spread across the country. The public, the media and policymakers will (have to) respond to it.
All this is scheduled to happen on Saturday, 12 May 2013, from noon to 6.00 pm.
We are all caught in the "rat race", some to a greater and some to a lesser extent. Virtually all people wish for something else to materialise, many of them suffer from the current situation. Most of them are trying to cope and just say: "There is nothing you can do about it..."
This demonstration is to identify ways out of the "ordinary madness" we are all faced with, and to call for alternative solutions paving the way to another world.
Let us join forces in order to make the shift to a new era as strong as possible.
All the events should send one powerful signal:
Committed people take action to make existing alternatives visible!
The spirit of this unprecedented event should be similar to the "summer's tale" we experienced during the 2006 Football World Cup in Germany, which had fascinated many people as a unique, nationwide event and a joint experience of mutual respect and openness. A magnificent experience had materialised, an event that no-one would have thought of before.
People participating in the "Spring Tale" event of 2013 will cover a wide range of areas, such as ecology, ethics/human rights, social justice, spirituality/therapy/personal development, humanitarian organisations, independent schools, alternative medicine, the peace movement, direct democracy initiatives, initiatives promoting an unconditional basic income, the regional money movement, companies with a strong focus on ethical business/sustainability, publishing houses, media, and innumerable networks of people, including politicians, trade unionists, representatives of the churches, artists, musicians, actors, novelists, coaches, etc.
On the event day, these diverse groups will promote (in a facts-based manner) more or less specific solutions to instigate inner and outer change.
For instance, the peace movement will present concepts for state-of-the-art conflict resolution, the renewable energy sector will showcase future-proof technologies, the regional money movement will inform people of alternative money cycles. Advocates of spirituality will, for example, speak about their concept of humankind and prepare leaflets containing information on what their aspirations are. Banks with a focus on ethical and environmentally sustainable business will explain what makes them stand out from conventional banking.
Posters, promotional materials and imaginative ways of expression will make this day a truly memorable event. Bands, theatre people, dancers and artists will join in to add their own perspectives to the information provided. Other events organised by local initiatives will add to the day's variety.
Participants will determine the ways in which they present their solutions themselves, using all their imagination to find out how to specifically express their visions.
By presenting positive examples, we can encourage people to become aware of and recognise inner hardening and inflexibility that manifests itself by dogmas, related beliefs etc., and to consciously initiate change. People will literally get a grip on what is truly new. We know that many people are just waiting for this to happen to become part of it.
This approach also means that no-one will be blamed. We are aware of the fact that criticism always conceals a need or desire, which we communicate openly. Adopting the mindset of making a useful contribution to creating a better world, we want to attract people by generating a vibrant and cheerful atmosphere.
We will compose and present a multi-coloured universe of possible solutions.
On this day, we will experience unity in diversity.
We will get familiar with a wide range of approaches and solutions in order to create what we need: a social sculpture (according to Joseph Beuys) as a social organism to be considered a work of art at the same time.
A spark of new hope will appear and spread amongst the people, creating awareness and inspiring action.
This action will bring together the many initiatives out there and build bridges between all of them.
"You think this is an illusion. Or is it an illusion just because you think it is?"
Many people have become fascinated by this idea very quickly.
It takes many pebbles to get the avalanche (of awareness) rolling. Become part of it, too!
